DYN is a voluntary organisation, formed in 2002, to bring together those concerned with young people in the Downlands area of West Berkshire, to identify and begin to address some of the issues which effect young people, living in small rural communities.
Can DYN help you? DYN is dependent on voluntary sector funding. If funding is available and we are invited by a rural community, DYN will consult with and represent the needs of children, young people and communities; and will work with them and other partners to create real lasting solutions.
We develop local rural services, in village communities, at times young people need them.
What makes DYN unique? - We listen - We consult - We do/deliver - We help young people to have a voice - We bridge the gap between young and old - We operate in the rural areas - We help local communities to help themselves. - 8 – 18 age range - We are independent
